I think it would be great ages fo a book if the two people in it were not supost to be together. In the real world it is ileigal though and it might make your book unrealistic.

I think it’s weird.
Maybe you could add a year or two to the girl’s age, or make the guy 19 or something.
Generally more than a 3 year gap isn’t a good idea with a couple in a story, no matter how innocent the love is. There will always be people who take it the wrong way. Good luck on the book!
